Welcome to Bright Sun Candles.  We create candles of excellent quality and ingredients, that are also naturally-beautiful and environmentally friendly.

Bright Sun Candles are hand-poured in St. Paul, Minnesota from the wax of American-grown soybeans.  Our candles are scented with only essential oils.  We use no artificial scents and no dyes or artificial colors.  Like all soy wax candles, our candles are clean & long-burning and made from a natural wax that is a renewable resource.

We invite you to experience the natural beauty of Bright Sun Candles.

 Sincerely,

Megan & Adam Tetz
Bright Sun Candles
Renewable, Recycled and Long Lasting

At Bright Sun Candles, we are always looking for new ways to recycle and reuse materials. We're excited about our all-natural soy candles poured into reclaimed bottles!

3 oz Blue Bottle Candles

blue bottle candle

We've been saving these beautiful bottles for a long time, hoping to find a good use for them. Our essential oils used for our candles come in these pretty containers. Then it came to us; cut the top off and voila, a beautiful candle that burns 18 hours.

12 oz
Wine Bottle Candles

The best way to use and reuse wine bottles! Enjoy the wine, cut the bottle and fill the bottle with a great smelling candle. Each one is hand-crafted and one-of-a-kind. Enjoy these candles for 75+ hours.

We offer many of our signature scents in reclaimed bottles.  Look for these candles on our website, at our Etsy page or at events we attend.
Aromatherapy 101

Bright Sun Candles uses only high-quality, therapeutic essential oils.  Each of our essential oils has excellent aromatherapy benefits.

Aromatherapy Oil of the Month: Cedar

Cedar has a pleasing, woody aroma. It's calming and eases anxiety.

Green Home Living Tip

Your grass is green, your lawn care techniques should be too!
Here are a few suggestions to keep your lawn nice and green.

+  Use a push mower! It is quiet and does not pollute. Keep it sharp and oiled.

+  Set your mower to mow high. Long blades of grass develop deep roots.

+  Leave clippings on your lawn to provide nitrogen and moisture. Mow often.

+  Use a hand weeder not herbicides. Develop a tolerance for a few weeds and weed when your tolerance is reached.

+  Focus on the grass, not the weeds. Healthy grass makes it tough for weeds to thrive.

+  If you have compost available, spread a ½ inch on your lawn as a fertilizer.

Come see us at upcoming events!

Don't forget to bring us your used candle tins for a $0.50 credit each and we'll reuse them!
